Patricia A. Sullivan

A wide range of breadth and depth of experience follows 40 years of employment at Barry McTiernan & Moore, a firm which offers a vast array of legal services to it clients. Ms. Sullivan has handled matters of professional liability since the outset, whether by lecturing on medical malpractice as part of a risk management program or in the defense of such litigation, up through arguments at the appellate level. Her representation of nationwide restaurant chains has included corporate compliance and attendance at hearings - whether OATH, Environmental Control Board or in Criminal Court - on their behalf. The defense of Labor Law and other construction-related cases has remained a primary focus throughout her career.
